First Look into Sales Gallery at The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami

Developers Fortune International Group and Château Group are showing off the newly unveiled sales gallery for the striking duo of Arquitectonica-designed, 62-story towers known as The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. The oceanfront sales gallery features a recently unveiled sculpture by Italian artist Lorenzo Quinn, titled Our Nucleus, that rises over 19 feet tall and will be permanently installed within The Residences.

The pair of oblong buildings will house 374 luxury two- to five-bedroom condominiums, as well as sky villas and penthouses, with interiors by Brazilian design group Anastassiadis. The south tower will offer 175 residences, while the north tower will consist of 199 residences. Homes will range from 2,000 to 5,600 square feet with spacious floor plans and ceiling heights clearing 10 feet, while Sky Villas and penthouses encompass entire floors, ranging from 6,600 to more than 10,000 square feet, with 12-foot-high ceilings and sizable private terraces with private pools. All residences will enjoy stunning unobstructed ocean, city, and Intracoastal views. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2023, and completion is anticipated in 2026.
