Fortune International Group And Château Group Break Ground On The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach

Fortune International Group and Château Group have broken ground on The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, which will be the tallest residential towers along the ocean in Sunny Isles Beach at 750 feet, positioned along 435 linear feet of pristine beach. Designed by the visionary architecture firm Arquitectonica, the residences boast interiors envisioned by acclaimed São Paulo-based designer Patricia Anastassiadis of Anastassiadis Arquitetos and landscape design by EDSA, offering the unique opportunity for an elevated lifestyle in one of South Florida’s most sought-after destinations.
